app-metrics/varnish_exporter: new package, add 1.8.3
Prometheus exporter for Varnish Cache and Vinyl Cache. It packages the
otto-de fork, the maintained successor of jonnenauha's exporter (last
release 1.6.1 in 2021) that Debian switched to in 1.8.3-1. Built from
the release tarball with its Go dependencies in a vendor tarball on
inode64.com/dist, and with the version passed so -version does not say
"dev". The OpenRC service runs as varnish_exporter, listens on
127.0.0.1:9131 and reads vinylstat; a systemd unit and logrotate ship too.
