app-emulation/wine-cachyos: add ffmpeg RDEPEND, document preserved-rebuild loop
The prebuilt binary links against ffmpeg (winedmo.so), but the dependency
was not declared. Also add a pkg_postinst note explaining the expected
preserved-rebuild loop when ffmpeg major version changes, since this is
a prebuilt binary that cannot be recompiled.

wine-cachyos: add abi_x86_32/abi_x86_64 USE flags for multilib RDEPEND
Align with wine-ge by exposing multilib USE flags to control 32-bit
library dependencies. Adds REQUIRED_USE and conditional abi_x86_32
RDEPEND block for glib, alsa, fontconfig, freetype, libglvnd, vulkan,
libX11, and libXext.
