app-emulation/darling: link host directories, add darpath

Add patches linking /home, /media, /mnt and /srv into the prefix (when
they have content on the host) so host paths resolve in the container,
and adding darpath, which converts paths between the host and Darling
like cygpath. darpath is installed for both the host and the
container.

Add a patch restoring the launcher's working directory after it joins
the container's mount namespace, so `darling ./program` no longer
fails with "is not a supported command or a file".

app-emulation/darling: build std::filesystem, fix SysV semaphores

Add patches building std::filesystem into libc++.1.dylib (binaries built
for macOS 10.15+ that use it failed to load) and returning the real
results from semget() and semctl() (every semaphore set appeared as
ID 0, breaking e.g. PyInstaller one-file executables).

Portage dropped the empty directories Darling installs, including proc,
where darlingserver mounts procfs, so Darling failed to start with
"Cannot mount procfs".
