app-doc/reeknote{,-bin}: bump to 0.11.3

Package the patch release that preserves line breaks in newly created and
edited notes by writing explicit ENML breaks instead of Markdown-style
whitespace. Keep the existing source and binary packaging behavior and
retain all older ebuild versions.

Add Manifest entries for the tagged source, vendored Rust dependencies,
and amd64/arm64 release archives. Download the published assets, verify
their SHA-256 digests, and confirm that they match the artifacts tested
locally. Both architectures retain the declared GLIBC_2.39 and libgcc
runtime requirements.

Preserve direct installation with dobin, avoiding Cargo staging-directory
PATH hints. Build the source ebuild offline with vendored dependencies,
run all 177 tests, and stage source and amd64 binary installations.
Smoke-test reeknote and rnsync from both staged packages.

Validation: all 18 overlay tests pass, shell syntax and diff checks pass,
and pkgcheck passes with the CI rules. The binary package retains only
the same musl-profile findings as 0.11.2. Upstream CI and release jobs
are successful. No system packages or Evernote notes were changed.

app-doc/reeknote: install built binaries without Cargo PATH hint

Install reeknote and rnsync with dobin from cargo_target_dir instead of
running cargo install during src_install. Cargo treats the Portage image
directory as a user installation prefix and misleadingly recommends
adding that temporary path to PATH.

Use the same direct-install pattern found in Gentoo Rust ebuilds such as
uv and hurl. Preserve target-directory selection, both command names,
README installation, and Portage-controlled stripping. Keep 0.11.2
without a revision bump because the installed payload is unchanged.

Add mock packaging tests for release, debug, cross-target, and absolute
paths containing spaces. Verify executable contents and modes, README
installation, exclusion of unrelated files, and failure when either
required executable is missing. Reject any Cargo invocation during the
installation phase.

Validation: all 18 packaging tests pass, the focused pkgcheck scan and
shell syntax check are clean, and a real Portage staged installation
completes without the PATH warning. Both staged commands pass CLI smoke
tests; the user also confirmed a successful emerge.

inserting extra paragraph gaps while preserving explicit blank lines.
Keep older ebuilds and the existing source and binary packaging behavior.

and amd64/arm64 release archives. Verify the vendor and binary downloads
against the published release digests and confirm both architectures
retain the declared GLIBC_2.39 and libgcc runtime requirements.

Validation: build the source ebuild offline with its vendored crates,
run all 171 tests, and stage both source and amd64 binary installations.
Smoke-test reeknote and rnsync from both staged packages. Shell syntax,
diff checks, and pkgcheck with the CI rules pass; the binary scan retains

Package the patch release that explains expired or revoked Evernote tokens, links to the developer-token page, and shows API error codes and affected parameters. Keep previous versions and the existing source and binary build behavior.

Generate Manifest entries for the tagged source, vendored dependencies, and amd64/arm64 release archives. Verify the dependency and binary archives against the release workflow SHA256 files, check both architectures retain the declared glibc and libgcc requirements, and smoke-test both amd64 commands.

Validation: five binary-packaging mock tests and shell syntax checks pass. Scoped pkgcheck is clean for glibc profiles; the default scan reports only the same musl incompatibility findings as 0.11.0. Upstream CI passes, including all 167 Rust tests.
