app-antivirus/sentinelagent: fix PROVIDES, SERVICE_TYPE, and RDEPEND
Exclude only bundled libbpf.so.1 and libelf.so.0 sonames so Portage records a non-empty PROVIDES entry, mark private libraries 0700 up front, set SERVICE_TYPE via IUSE="systemd" in src_prepare instead of calling sentinelctl set-service-type, and drop @system util-linux/procps from RDEPEND to satisfy qa-vdb.

app-antivirus/sentinelagent: add 24.3.3.6
Package SentinelOne's official amd64 Debian release as fetch-restricted with Portage-managed sentinelone user/group accounts and OpenRC/systemd service definitions. Skip Debian maintainer scripts while preserving upstream runtime directories, file ownerships, crash-dump permissions, and SERVICE_TYPE configuration.
