systemd 262.2 was bumped by hand: the autoupdate compile gate died in
setup because the portage user cannot read the sbctl db.key, an
environment failure. Verified through configure with
USE="-secureboot -ukify". ai-memory 3.4.2's Cargo.lock only changes the
workspace member versions, so the 3.4.0 crates tarball still applies.
The four unvalidated -bin/npm bumps pass a fakeroot `ebuild install`.

app-admin/stratis-cli: new package, 3.9.1; autoupdate records for the stratis stack
The stratis command, the D-Bus client of sys-fs/stratisd. RESTRICT=test:
the sdist ships no tests and upstream's suite needs a running stratisd.
dev-python/dbus-python is listed directly because stratis-cli imports it.
Smoke-tested from the image: --version prints 3.9.1, and pool list reports
that no stratisd is running, which exercises the full import chain.
packages.toml: records for stratisd (releases/latest, tag stratisd-vX.Y.Z)
and the eight PyPI packages, each probe checked.
