app-admin/calamares: add 3.3.14-r8 (#36)
PYTHON_COMPAT now includes python3_14; gentoo-patches bumped e -> f (LUKS2 default, downloadstage3/gentoopkg/dracut_gentoo fixes). Based on gentoo PR 45939. Overrides the tree's 3.3.14-r7.
