sys-kernel: update CachyOS kernels to 7.2.7
- deckify now applies to cachyos-7.2.7-1 (handheld patchset refreshed
in kernel-patches edb006d5); expose it with its upstream config and
handheld knobs
- the 7.2 hardened patch stays documented-excluded: it applies to the
pristine tree at fuzz=0 but 116 hunks conflict with genpatches-7.2-8
- bare BORE still fails 9 hunks; only the bore-cachy variant is wired
- K_GENPATCHES_VER=8 (genpatches-7.2-8 exists; gentoo-sources has no
7.2.7 yet — Gentoo reference gap documented)
- pin kernel-patches 99064837 and linux-cachyos bd534465
- audit tables updated: VALIDATED_HIDDEN_FEATURES for 7.2.7, hardened
moved to a versioned exclusion with evidence
- app-admin/cachyos-settings: bump to 1.4.1 and install the new
systemd slice drop-ins
