Budgie 10.8.2 Fixed
- Several packages had their python versions updated.
- Magpie now requires Mutter as dependency and has a useflag from the mesa dependency removed.
- Budgie-Desktop fixed with a patch to allow compiling under GCC14+
- Appstream updated to be in line with mainline gentoo

Budgie 10.8.2 release

- new releases of budgie-desktop, budgie-meta, budgie-desktop-view
- budgie-meta-10.8 and all counterparts are now stable
- budgie-meta-10.7.2 and its outdated counterparts are removed
- README no longer mentions migrating to budgie-meta
