commit ae787f1ab04e5e6847abbb73113a002e82345d16

treewide: drop non-amd64 keywords from bentoo's own ebuilds

Applies the amd64-only baseline to the 132 ebuilds (126 packages) that
have no ::gentoo counterpart; the 375 mirror ebuilds keep upstream's
KEYWORDS.

- KEYWORDS: only ~amd64 (amd64 stays stable on gst-plugins-va and
librewolf-bin).
- SRC_URI: arm64?/x86?/... blocks removed from 36 ebuilds, plus the dead
`elif use arm64` branches that picked those distfiles.
- Manifest: 80 DIST lines nothing references any more, from 34 packages.
- Comments in ebuilds and .autoupdate/packages.toml that justified
~arm64 rewritten; no probe url or pattern changed.
- md5-cache regenerated for exactly the edited ebuilds.

librewolf and kata-* keep their per-arch logic on purpose: it mirrors
the Firefox/Kata build scripts and keeping it eases rebases.

Verified: pkgcheck per package shows no new finding vs master (14 fewer),
gentoo-parity.sh output identical to master, emerge -pv resolves.

mv(x11-themes/bentoo-plymouth-themes-1.0 -> 0.1.0, metadata/md5-cache/x11-themes/bentoo-plymouth-themes-1.0 -> 0.1.0)

Renumber the first release as 0.1.0. The distfile is regenerated because its
name and top-level directory follow $; the installed image is byte-identical
to the 1.0 one.

add(x11-themes/bentoo-plymouth-themes-1.0, metadata/md5-cache/x11-themes/bentoo-plymouth-themes-1.0)

Package the nine script-based Plymouth themes that were installed by hand
(bentoo-compile-it{,-v2}, compile-it, funtoo{,-next,-tux}, gentoo,
gentoo-maskots, gnu-meditate). Artwork ships in a self-hosted tarball; the
script they share lives in files/ and the ebuild stamps each theme's layout.

The shared script now handles the systemd-cryptsetup TPM2/token PIN prompt:
centered prompt text, a retry warning when the same prompt returns after an
answer, and question prompts. Review fixes: boot messages were never shown
(SetMessageFunction does not exist in plymouth 22.02), the spinner stayed
hidden after a prompt, gnu-meditate drew white text on a light background.

Verified on plymouth 22.02 (x11 renderer, Xvfb) for all nine themes, plus an
unprivileged full install and a clean pkgcheck.
