fix: remaining QA findings

- comfyui/comfyui-workflow-templates: align sibling package pins to
packaged versions
- gmic: inherit qt-utils and shell-completion (required by ebuild calls)
- kornia-rs: move PYPI_PN above inherit
- sddm-hyprland: convert versioned git ebuild to tarball SRC_URI
- brother: add brother-eula license
- gaia: raise httpx floor
- hooks: document and filter cross-repo/domain-invisible results
