www-client/servo: 0.7.0 -- widen the Rust range to 1.96..1.97.1

RUST_MAX_VER="1.96.0" excluded the only 1.96 slot (1.96.1), so the eclass
fell back to 1.95.0 while vendored kstring-2.0.5 requires rustc 1.96.
Floor follows the highest vendored rust-version; ceiling follows upstream's
rust-toolchain.toml channel (1.97.1). Also drops the stale servo-0.6.0
md5-cache entry.

www-client/servo: 0.6.0 -- fix the vendored cbindgen crates of mozjs 153

Five mozjs 153 crates run cbindgen::generate(".") from their build.rs,
which calls `cargo metadata` inside vendor/<crate>. That failed twice:

- cargo saw vendor/ under the workspace root and rejected the crate as a
non-member; vendor is now in workspace.exclude.
- standalone, each crate resolved against its own shipped Cargo.lock,
pinning versions absent from vendor/ (icu_properties 2.3.0 vs 2.1.2);
the lock and its checksum entry are dropped.

Also add script_webgpu to RUSTC_BOOTSTRAP: the exported value overrides
the one in .cargo/config.toml, which gained it in 0.6.0.

Verified: clean compile rc=0, servoshell --version, install phase under
FEATURES=fakeroot with the expected image.
