www-apps/localai-server: add model-storage patch

Models pages report disk usage: per-model size with the shared portion
split out, missing-reference warnings, and an admin Storage files page.
Proposed upstream; test build ahead of the PR.

localai-server: manual-import patch covers artifact repos and the editor

Review round: managed artifacts (hf:// repos, owner/repo, artifacts:)
enqueue config-only so the materializer runs; the editor polls the job.

distfiles: drop the local-ai naming for localai / localai-server

Shared source-release artifacts become localai-$-*, the server's
node_modules $-named; family, tag and gen script follow as localai.

localai, localai-server: refresh Manifest MISC entries

The reorg edited both metadata.xml files but regenerated only the
EBUILD Manifest lines, breaking digest verification on sync.
