dagu: bump to 2.17.2 (#31)

No build changes upstream: ui/package.json, Makefile and the go 1.27.0
floor are untouched; the one new Go dependency lands in the
regenerated deps tarball. The Manifest is regenerated by CI once the
dagu-v2.17.2 distfiles release exists.
