No build changes upstream despite the minor jump: Makefile additions
are lint targets only, ui/ untouched, go 1.27.0 floor unchanged; the
go.mod additions land in the regenerated deps tarball. Manifest
regenerated by CI once dagu-v2.18.1 exists.
