sys-power/fake-battery-nut: add 1.2.1, drop 1.2.0-r1

OpenRC sources conf.d without set -a, so NUT_UPS stayed a shell variable
and never reached the daemon. The init script now exports it. The systemd
unit drops EnvironmentFile, which Gentoo systemd policy forbids pointing
at conf.d, and users override it with systemctl edit.

sys-power/fake-battery-nut: read NUT_UPS from conf.d under systemd

The systemd unit ignored /etc/conf.d/fake-battery-nut and only honoured
a systemctl edit override, which silently did nothing when left empty.
Source the same conf.d file so one config works for both init systems.
