`gentoo-kernel` carries two releases per branch and this one fell out of

sys-kernel: drop six superseded cjk kernel versions

Each version costs two ~140 MB packages on `distfiles.gentoozh.org`, a
single host with no mirror network, so the branches keep three apiece.
The three packages name each other, so no half of them stands alone.

sys-kernel: use one unsupported notice across the kernel packages

Every third-party kernel here is packaged by gentoo-zh, so naming a
different upstream per package sent users somewhere the ebuild is not
maintained. The notice now runs in pkg_setup, before the build.
