sys-fs/ddrescueview: revbump to 0.4.5-r1

0.4.5 is still the latest release upstream (February 2022), so this is a
revision bump only.

Build against gtk3. The .lpi defaults to the gtk2 widgetset, which Gentoo's
lazarus only provides under USE=gtk2, so the build failed with 'Can't find
unit Interfaces' on an otherwise fine lazarus[gtk]. Pass --widgetset=gtk3
and depend on the matching USE flag.

Inherit xdg: the package installs a .desktop file and hicolor icons, whose
caches were never refreshed on install or removal.

Drop the two 'default' calls. There is no Makefile anywhere in the tarball,
and einstalldocs matches nothing since the docs are lowercase .txt files, so
both were no-ops.
