mod(sys-devel/mold-3.0.0): KEYWORDS to ~amd64, the Rust rewrite is no ::gentoo mirror

The KEYWORDS were inherited from ::gentoo's C++ 2.42.x, but 3.0.0 is the
Rust rewrite with no ::gentoo counterpart, so the amd64-only baseline
applies. The wide list also left BDEPEND >=rust-1.95 unsolvable on the arm
profiles that mask Rust (pkgcheck NonsolvableDepsIn{Dev,Stable}, 50 rows).
Other arches keep ::gentoo's 2.42.x.

Verified: pkgcheck clean on sys-devel/mold; gentoo-parity.sh sys-devel/mold
7 rows, all JUSTIFIED, no stale tag.

sys-devel/mold: add 3.0.0

3.0.0 is the Rust rewrite: Cargo replaces CMake, oneTBB is gone, and
xxhash/BLAKE3 are crates now. ::gentoo still carries 2.42.1, the last C++
release, so the package returns to the overlay ahead of it.

The mimalloc_rust git crate ships its mimalloc submodule empty in the
GitHub archive, so the pinned commit is fetched as its own distfile.
Re-enable the autoupdate record; bumps need CRATES regenerated.
