python3_15: mirror the 8 ebuilds that still block PYTHON_TARGETS=python3_15
With PYTHON_TARGETS="python3_15" alone, @world hit a slot conflict on
dev-python/pyparsing. Eight installed ::gentoo packages use Python only at build
time, and their python_check_deps still asked for python_targets_python3_14
builds of distlib, pyparsing, six, jinja2, pefile or sphinx:
app-emulation/qemu-guest-agent-10.2.3, app-emulation/spice-0.16.0-r1,
net-misc/spice-gtk-0.42-r4, dev-libs/libei-1.6.0-r1,
llvm-core/llvm-, sys-apps/fwupd-efi-1.9,
sys-auth/pambase-20260730
Each is mirrored at the same version with python3_15 added to PYTHON_COMPAT and
nothing else (a BENTOO-DIVERGENCE tag on BDEPEND). Every Python dependency they
need already lists python3_15 in ::gentoo. A grep for the APIs 3.15 removed
found nothing in their build scripts; the only qemu hits are variable names and
a local Scanner class under roms/, which the agent does not build. Each package
also gets a probed autoupdate record (llvm@22/@23 follows clang's series).
Checked: emerge -pvuDN --with-bdeps=y --changed-deps=y @world, with the eight
switched to ::bentoo, has no Python conflict left under
PYTHON_TARGETS="python3_15"; the one remaining block is the unrelated
dev-libs/openssl vs openssl-compat-3.6.5 one. gentoo-parity.sh adds no
ALIGN/UNDOCUMENTED row, and check-openrc-coverage.sh and autoupdate --lint pass.
