New gentoolkit-0.4.0_p1 ebuild for krinn. ;) Corrections to patch apply.

Was not applying patches in first commit. Correcting to use the underlying
eclass mechanism.

Added latest testing branch gentoolkit for krinn.

Fixing tweaked openrc manifest. Bleh.

Patched gentoolkit to add equery depgraph --satisfies option. openrc tweak.

New equery depgraph --satisfies option allows the easy determination of which
package satisfies a virtual.

Tweaked patch names in openrc ebuild for consistency. No functional change.
