sec-keys/openpgp-keys-kde: drop all ubuntu

OK, that didn't last long. I had other fetch failures. I'll see about
uploading these to the Gentoo keyserver later.

sec-keys/openpgp-keys-kde: drop ubuntu where needed

Fetch failures and not mirrored because in ::kde, so recipe for disaster..

I've only dropped those which failed to fetch for me for now as it
still passes tests with these. If I drop ubuntu from some others, then
they fail.

I think what we might have to do is upload all fetched keys for ubuntu
to the gentoo keyserver and fetch from there.
