feat(sci-ml/kokoro-onnx): add 0.5.0
Local TTS using Kokoro-82M via ONNX Runtime. Patches out bundled
espeakng-loader in favor of system espeak-ng. Models downloaded at
runtime from GitHub releases or HuggingFace. GPU acceleration
available via ONNX_PROVIDER env var.
