net-wireless/reaver-wps-fork-t6x: revbump to 1.6.6-r1

1.6.6 is still the latest release upstream, so this is a revision bump only.

Migrate the ebuild from EAPI 7 to EAPI 8.

Drop the sqlite dependency: configure only looks for libpcap and libm, and
nothing in the sources links sqlite any more.

Drop the autotools inherit as well. The eclass was never used, the shipped
configure script is called through econf.

Move the '!net-wireless/reaver' block from DEPEND to RDEPEND, where a
blocker on an installed package belongs.
