net-wireless/airspy-firmware: bump to 1.0.0_rc10_p6

Migrate the ebuild from EAPI 5 to EAPI 8.

Upstream moved the repository from airspy/firmware to
airspy/airspyone_firmware, and the release asset now carries a git
describe suffix, so SRC_URI needs spelling out.

Drop the virtual/udev dependency: this package only installs a firmware
blob to be flashed by hand with airspy_spiflash, it touches nothing udev
handles. Replace the src_compile copy with newins, and add the missing
app-arch/unzip.
