net-proxy/sing-box-windows-bin: install the deb, not the AppImage

The AppImage bundles WebKitGTK and GTK and needs FUSE 2 to start.
Upstream's deb links the system WebKitGTK instead, which cuts the
download from 116 MB to 43 MB. Keep the deb's Tauri layout, because the
app copies its bundled sing-box core from /usr/lib/sing-box-windows,
which it finds relative to /usr/bin, and declare the libraries its ELF
files link plus libayatana-appindicator, which it loads with dlopen for
the tray icon.
