net-misc/rayburst-bin: install the deb instead of the AppImage

The AppImage bundles WebKitGTK and GTK and needs FUSE 2 to start.
Upstream's deb links the system WebKitGTK instead, which cuts the
download from 104 MB to 29 MB. Keep the deb's Tauri layout, because the
app looks up its resources in /usr/lib/Rayburst relative to /usr/bin,
and declare the libraries its ELF files link plus libayatana-appindicator,
which it loads with dlopen for the tray icon.

因为 Rayburst 不会导入旧版设置、任务和历史，所以保留旧包并将其标记为待移除，让用户自行切换。
