the-horo has significantly cleaned up the ::gentoo ebuild, I've pulled those
changes into the live ebuild here.

net-misc/onedrive: gdc compatibility

So this patch is this big because GDC never included sqlite3.d
in the phobos library. I spoke to dlang community and nobody knows
why it wasn't added since it's in dmd's phobos.

Hard part is done, this works, to go into ::gentoo I'd just need
patch hosted externally.

net-misc/onedrive: new package, add 2.4.25-r1

TESTING, this is based on the dlang-overlay ebuild but only
supports GDC, it has all the dlang eclass stuff ripped out.

Goal is to get this ready to go ::gentoo since dlang-overlay is
so out of date.
