Update KMagMux source ebuild to v0.0.3

This updates the KMagMux ebuild to the latest v0.0.3 release as requested
in PR comments.

- Renamed kmagmux-0.0.1.ebuild to kmagmux-0.0.3.ebuild
- Updated Manifest to point to the v0.0.3 release source tarball

Add KMagMux source ebuilds (0.0.1 and 9999)

This adds the KMagMux torrent file handler package to the overlay.
As it is a KDE application, it is built from source using the ecm eclass
rather than managed via current.config as a binary package.

- Added net-misc/kmagmux/kmagmux-0.0.1.ebuild
- Added net-misc/kmagmux/kmagmux-9999.ebuild for live builds
- Added metadata.xml
- Generated Manifest using g2
