net-misc/another-redis-desktop-manager-bin: extract the AppImage

The AppImage loads NSS, NSPR, GTK and the other Electron libraries from the
host, but RDEPEND only listed sys-fs/fuse, so those libraries were never
pulled in. Extract the AppImage into /opt/another-redis-desktop-manager like
app-office/joplin-desktop in ::gentoo, and declare the libraries its ELF files
link or dlopen.
