net-analyzer/dirb: import debian patchset

Pretty much I imported the debian patchset from
https://salsa.debian.org/pkg-security-team/dirb/-/tree/debian/master/debian/patches
Testing shows it builds and runs, I added a helpful symlink to the
default wordlist location
