media-video/fswebcam: install the man page uncompressed

The Makefile's install target ships fswebcam.1.gz, gzipped during the
build, so portage flags a pre-compressed file in a docompress
directory. Install the binary and the plain man page directly;
that is all the target installs.

media-video/fswebcam: fix the V4L1 double close

20200725 is still the latest tag, but upstream master fixed a double
free in 2023 (90a2922a, issue #60): src_v4l_set_read() closed the
source when its buffer allocation failed, and its caller then closed
it again. The V4L1 source is built by default, so the release carries
the bug; backport the one-line fix as -r1.

Upstream moved to codeberg.org/fsphil/fswebcam and archived the GitHub
repository, which now only points there. The live ebuild clones from
Codeberg, and HOMEPAGE and the remote-id follow. 20200725 keeps its
GitHub tag archive, which GitHub still serves and the Manifest pins.
