media-plugins/vs-mlrt: use unpacker_src_uri_depends
This avoids a hard dependency on app-arch/7zip and instead allows
also other unpackers such as app-arch/p7zip to be used.

media-plugins/vs-mlrt: Include models
Adds useflags for installing supported models.
Probably should of been done when this was added, but upstream's
repository does not make it obvious. I had to look at the AUR to find
out where the models need to be installed.
