Big fat update.

All the ebuilds have been updated to support VapourSynth's API4. This triggered a lot of updates, and all of them have been tested to compile and install. Critical fixes for all ebuilds have been backported.

media-plugins/vapoursynth-arearesize: new plugin

AreaResize is an area average downscale resizer plugin for VapourSynth. Support 8-16 bit and 32 bit sample type. Support YUV and RGB color family.

Downscaling in 8-16 bit RGB is also gamma corrected.
