fix(media-libs/materialx): add missing X11 and OpenGL dependencies

The GLSL render module is built by default and needs X11, libXt and
OpenGL; configure failed without libXt. The viewer and graph editor
bundle GLFW, which needs the X11 extension libraries.

chore(media-libs/materialx): fetch release tarballs instead of git

Use upstream's release tarball, plus the pinned submodules the viewer
and graph editor need, which the tarball doesn't include. Also fix the
description, indentation and the missing remote-id.
