media-gfx/brscan5: fix missing SONAME symlinks and install paths

- Generate required SONAME symlinks (*.so.3, *.so.1) for core libraries in
/usr/lib64 to fix 'libLxBsScanCoreApi.so.3: cannot open shared object file'
when running SANE utilities.
- Correctly deploy libsane-brother5 backend and symlinks to /usr/lib64/sane/.
- Maintain /opt/brother/scanner/brscan5 symlinks for binaries to satisfy
hardcoded paths in Brother helper scripts.
- Inline creation of /etc/sane.d/dll.d/brother5.conf via newins.
- Clean up udev rule installation and deprecate obsolete SYSFS syntax.
