media-fonts/shanggu: fix install failure and QA issues

- Remove FONT_S=("$") which caused doins *.ttf to fail on empty dir
- Add missing variant USE flag handling in src_install
- Fix BDEPEND to use unpacker_src_uri_depends
- Fix excessive line length in SRC_URI
