mail-filter/postfix-mta-sts-resolver: log stderr as info, 1.5.1-r1

The daemon logs every level to stderr (its lines carry INFO, WARNING,
ERROR themselves), so error_logger's -p err filed routine INFO lines
as user.err. Both loggers now use -p info (still no facility.level:
start-stop-daemon splits at dots).

mail-filter/postfix-mta-sts-resolver: new package, add 1.5.1

Socketmap daemon giving Postfix the MTA-STS (RFC 8461) policy of a
destination. Runs as the mta-sts user (OpenRC command_user, systemd
User=) rather than as root with upstream's seteuid; logs through logger.
::guru's 1.4.0 is python3_12 only and maintainer-needed. Tests from the
GitHub tarball (the sdist lacks their data), less those that need
upstream's dnsmasq/nginx/tinyproxy fixture or redis/PostgreSQL.
