vibevoice: restore the workflow's wheels digest in the Manifest

My rebase conflict resolution took the stale side (--theirs is the
replayed commit, not the remote) and assume-digests kept it.

vibevoice: drop the tokenizers-cap sed, the eclass already does it

local-ai-python.eclass relaxes the 4.x transformers table during
install_venv; the duplicate block died on its own anchor.

vibevoice: hub 0.36.2 + diffusers 0.39.0 wheels, relax tokenizers cap

transformers 4.x enforces huggingface-hub <1.0 at import, which also
forces diffusers back to 0.39; the venv transformers' tokenizers cap
is widened to the tree's 0.23.x line.

vibevoice: ship transformers 4.57.6 in the venv

The MS package pins transformers <5 and its class names collide with
the native VibeVoice port in the tree's >=5.17; the venv copy shadows
the system one, which stays as the runtime-closure provider.
