hyprland-plugin/hyprexpo: fix due to fork change

The old patch is not valid because the fork repo just changed the
Makefile. Switch to `append-cxxflags` method, since it's simplier and
should always work.

hyprland-plugin/hyprexpo: switch to colonelpanic8/hyprexpo fork

Hyprexpo has been removed from hyprwm/hyprland-plugins in
https://github.com/hyprwm/hyprland-plugins/pull/663.
