hyprland-plugin/hyprexpo-sandwichfarm: fix the commit pin for 0.56.0

The upstream 0.56.0 commit pin point to a commit during the PR, which is
squashed during the PR merge. So the upstream pin cannot be found in the
main branch. Replace with the PR merge commit hash.

hyprland-plugin/hyprexpo: add individual fork, and mask the old package

Now sandwichfarm's hyprexpo-plus fork also renamed to hypexpo. There are
two unoffical forks, so we should specify the upstream in the package
names, and let user to select one. Mask the old package for a while
before removing it.
