Address Parona's review
- Dropped inherit guard, as the eclass is not inteded to be inherited
more than once
- Turned stray POSIX-ish `[ ... ]` into bash conditions `[[ ... ]]`
- Dropped the keyword on from `hyprland-plugin/dynamic-cursors-9999`'s
ebuild
- Added `hyprland-plugin` to `profiles/categories`
