fix(gui-apps/caelestia-shell): package M3Shapes separately as dev-qt/m3shapes

Caelestia Shell 2.4.0 no longer builds M3Shapes through CMake FetchContent,
consuming it instead as an independent QML module pinned to upstream commit
32ad9ce328bb77ed349b40a3be10ee9ea610b8ab via flake.nix.

- Add dev-qt/m3shapes-1.0.0 ebuild installing its QML module under Gentoo's
Qt6 QML layout (/usr/lib64/qt6/qml/M3Shapes) using revision-safe $
distfile naming.
- Preserve historical gui-apps/caelestia-shell-2.4.0-r1.ebuild and all of its
Manifest distfile entries.
- Add gui-apps/caelestia-shell-2.4.0-r2.ebuild removing obsolete bundled
FetchContent workaround and depending on dev-qt/m3shapes.
- Update .github/workflows/caelestia-stack-update.yaml to read the M3Shapes pin
from upstream flake.nix, create revision bumps on pin changes, and regenerate
canonical metadata/md5-cache and metadata/md5-dict.
- Reimplement and wire tests/workflow_m3shapes_pin_test.sh in Workflow Checks.
- Generate canonical md5-cache and md5-dict metadata.

Moved the QML data installation path from /etc to /usr/share/quickshell/caelestia
in caelestia-shell ebuild, following standard XDG package data locations.
Patched caelestia-cli ebuild to use the new path via an upstream patch.
Fixed line lengths in ebuilds to pass linter checks. Ensured the launcher wrapper
is correctly installed as an executable using `newbin`.

Avoid making the stable stage3 globally unstable, which can produce incoherent Go and Perl dependency selections. Enable autounmask explicitly and clean up inherited caelestia-shell lint findings.
