gui-apps/butler: neutralize post_install.py sandbox violation

The upstream post_install.py tries to compile GLib schemas outside
the sandbox. Schema compilation is already handled by
gnome2_schemas_update in pkg_postinst via gnome2-utils eclass.

gui-apps/butler: new package, add Butler 1.4.0

Home Assistant companion app for Linux (GTK4/libadwaita/WebKitGTK).
Source-compiled via Meson with vala. Includes update script and
integration into update-all.sh. Adds gui-apps category.
