test(gui-apps/1password): build it from the binhost

Its dependency closure is the gtk+/mesa/llvm chain, which the binhost serves
consistently now that binpkg containers match its multilib ABI. The source
build spent over two hours compiling that chain; the binpkg one takes 15
minutes, pulling 100 packages prebuilt and building 7.

Verified with FALLBACK_SOURCE=0, so the run could not pass by silently
falling back to the source build it is meant to replace.

feat(gui-apps/1password): new package 8.12.26

Reworked from gui-apps/1password-8.11.22-r1 in ::guru, which lags upstream
(8.11.22 dates from December 2025) far enough that current vault data is
rejected by the app it ships.

The upstream tarball host is not one livecheck recognises, so livecheck.json
pins the bump source to the anchor ids on the stable release page.
