add(GNOME 51 mirror: 51 packages ahead of ::gentoo's 50.x)

Mirror the GNOME 51 stack from ::gentoo and bump it to the newest stable
release of each module. The module set is gnome-build-meta tag 51.0; versions
are the newest stable tarball on download.gnome.org (e.g. gtk 4.24.1,
epiphany 51.1).

Core: glib/glib-utils/gdbus-codegen 2.90.0, glib-networking 2.90.0, glibmm
2.90.0, libsoup 3.8.0, gjs 1.90.0, gtk 4.24.1, gtksourceview 5.22.0,
libadwaita 1.10.0, at-spi2-core 2.62.0.1, glycin 2.2.1, librsvg 2.63.2,
gvfs 1.62.0, sysprof{,-capture,-common} 51.0, mutter 51.0 (SLOT 0/51),
gnome-shell/session/settings-daemon/control-center/desktop/gdm 51.0.
Apps: nautilus 51.0.1, sushi 51.1, gnome-software, orca, text-editor,
papers, calculator, calendar, characters, clocks, contacts, system-monitor,
user-docs, tecla, console, loupe, connections, remote-desktop 51.0,
gnome-maps/epiphany 51.1, adwaita-icon-theme/fonts 51.0, backgrounds 51.0.1.

Companions the stack needs:
- libglib-testing 0.2.0 (gnome-software 51; ::gentoo has 0.1.1)
- gnome-session-openrc 51.0_p20260809: upstream master snapshot, since
gnome-session 51 requires >=51 under !systemd and upstream tags only v50.0
- gexiv2 0.16.2, unmodified, plus bare unmasks for it and for nautilus:
::gentoo masks both (bug 982084) over unported revdeps; it is slotted
0.16/4 beside :0

Overlay-specific changes:
- gnome-desktop: +qr builds libgnome-qr-gtk-4 (required by
gnome-control-center 51) from the qrcodegen subproject the tarball vendors
- gdm: unconditional RDEPEND on display-manager-init (OpenRC start path)
- check-openrc-coverage.sh: 6 allowlist entries (D-Bus activated units,
a classifier false positive, counterparts living one package over); A12
repinned with an audit trail. The evidence came from the release tarballs,
not an installed image. gnome-remote-desktop's user unit stays a WARN.
- Every divergence from ::gentoo carries a per-axis BENTOO-DIVERGENCE tag;
gentoo-parity.sh rates all GNOME rows JUSTIFIED.
- 51 held autoupdate records (series bumps are never mechanical).

Verified on an unprivileged host: Manifests, prepare for every package,
configure where host deps allow, pkgcheck, and emerge -puv resolving the
whole stack against this checkout. Nothing was merged or run.
