games-util/steamrt3: bump to 1.0.0.87-r2
Put the launch wrapper out of its systemd scope, which never returns in a
glibc process, and stop the client putting Valve's 32-bit reaper back.

Installs and starts Valve's 64-bit SteamRT3 client without the 32-bit bootstrapper: the client is fetched from Valve's update servers, and a static 64-bit reaper stands in for Valve's 32-bit one.
