dev-python/cadquery-{pywrap,ocp}: Improved.

This commit substantially improves the previously added unstable ebuilds
for the most recent stable releases of both pywrap and OCP, mandatory
dependencies of CadQuery. Both remain non-working, of course. *sigh*

This commit repairs all eclass, build-time, and runtime failures
associated with UnReal World (URW), as well as bumping URW to its most
recent stable free-as-in-beer release (URL 3.62).

games-roguelike/tsl: Repaired.

This commit repairs all eclass, build-time, and runtime failures
associated with The Slimy Lichmummy (TSL). TSL is unmaintained
abandonware and thus on the precipice of no longer building on modern
systems. Fortunately, we were able to walk TSL back from the precipice.
Rejoice, Golden Devotees of the Holy Roguelike!

media-fonts/powerline-font: Fix #96.

This commit resolves issue #96, kindly submitted by @baergj, by bumping
