games-puzzle/quadrapassel: fix manette-1.patch, fixes build failure

The meson.build hunk failed against 51.0: upstream inserted a new
libm_dependency line right after the manette dependency line, which
shifted the patch's trailing context (previously pango_dependency/
pango_cairo_dependency/posix_dependency, none of which immediately
follow anymore) enough that patch couldn't match it, while the
src/quadrapassel.vala hunks still applied via fuzz.

Regenerated the whole patch from scratch against the real 51.0
source (apply with --no-backup-if-mismatch, then diff old vs
patched tree) instead of hand-patching just the failing hunk, so
it's back to a clean 0-fuzz apply rather than relying on patch's
fuzzy context matching across 7 hunks.

Verified without a full build: `ebuild ... clean prepare` (patch
stage, 0 fuzz) and `ebuild ... clean configure` (meson picks up
manette-1 1.0.alpha via the patched dependency() call, 163 build
targets) both succeed against the real 51.0 source.
