dev-util/pi: Build from source

Build with npm.eclass on the system nodejs instead of installing the
upstream bun-compiled binary. Prebuilt esbuild and clipboard addons are
not installed; esbuild comes from dev-util/esbuild.

.github: Publish WebKit source tarballs for dev-lang/bun

GitHub cannot archive the oven-sh/WebKit fork, so fetch the pinned commit
shallowly and publish it, without test suites, as a release asset.
