dev-util/jadx: fix icon names
Install the icon files with a .png extension - loaders only match
jadx against jadx.png or similar, so the bare-name files were never
found. Keeps exact 16/32/48 sizes and adds the logo as scalable.

dev-util/jadx: fix gui icon
Install the 252px logo as a scalable icon instead of forcing it into
a 256x256 hicolor entry, which strict icon loaders reject.

dev-util/jadx: add 1.5.6
Gradle-built DEX to Java decompiler: the fat shadow jar with both launchers
(jadx CLI and jadx-gui), built against dev-java/gradle-bin with a
+build-online flag. Also adds the live 9999 ebuild.
